SHIPPING TIME
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

• US: 7 - 13 Business days (USPS)
• UK: 7 - 14 Business days
• CA: 7 - 15 Business days
• Rest of the world: 7 - 18 days

*This doesn’t include our 1 - 2 day processing time.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 1-7 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes we can cancel your order but it has to be as soon as possible because we ship items quickly. Once your order has shipped it will be too late to cancel. 

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Royal Jewlz is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. Once orders are delivered to the address given, we are no longer responsible for the order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

For all international orders outside U.S., we are not responsible for any customs fees once we have shipped the items. When purchasing our products, you consent that one or more of your packages may be shipped to you and you may receive a custom fee when they arrive in your country.
